My laptop has recently experienced really slow upload speeds (~0.15Mbps) since changing to VDSL and getting a new modem. All of the laptops and desktops in my flat have the same problem. They are operating with windows 7,8 and 8.1. My android tablet however is fine and has a normal upload speed of ~10Mbps. When testing the speeds the upload quickly peaks to 5Mbps and then drops to virtually nothing by the end of the test. I have already reinstalled and updated my wireless network driver, updated the firmware on the modem and have reset the modem. Not too sure what else there is to do.The upload speed is fine when using ethernet, the problem is only when using wireless.
