Have a site that doesn't seem to be able to connect to gmail via SSL port 465.They are using a photocopier for scan to email, and was working OK until they changed to Spark VDSL, and a Huawei HG659b modem/routerThe scan to email account is valid, and can be logged into via desktop web browser.using smtp.gmail.com. port 465, SSL.However, using a SSL SMTP checker on a couple of the customer's desktop PC's, configured with the same account and SSL settings, it will show a refused /blocked connection, and will not connect to smtp.gmail.com.Spark have not been able to assist, they did make a couple of recommendations, such as using gmails DNS, but they seem stuck as well.I thought about adding a port forward, but that shouldn't be necessary as outbound connections are forwarded, and routed back, however, happy to be proven wrong ...Should I add a port forward ?Cheers
