4G/LTE Router with built in modem and RJ45 ethernet? Anywhere?

Hi all,Surely this can't be too much to ask for. I'm trying to find a decently-priced 4G/LTE router that has:

The 4G/LTE modem built in (so you just slot in your SIM card)

At least 2 x Ethernet (RJ45) LAN ports

DHCP server (probably goes without saying)

Everything else optional. Doesn't even need WiFi capability

I'm struggling to find any product that meets the need (which is surprising, surely I'm not the only one). If I have overlooked something, please let me know. Obviously needs to be compatible with NZ's networks :-)
