HiI am trying to connect my new Linksys Router XAC1200 to my Spark UFB after recently purchasing at from my local Harvey Norman shop, after I had seen it advertised in the latest catalogue on special, and with how it was Fibre ready. When I was in the store I double checked with the man, and he confined that yes, it did work with fibre.However when connecting it up, following the instructions that were on the Spark 3rd Party Modems webpage, it did not connect to the fibre internet. Is someone able to help me figure out what I have done wrong?
