After upgrading to VDSL not all the jackpoints are working?

Hi all we've just upgraded our ADSL broadband+phone connection to a VDSL naked broadband with 2degrees. We have 5 jackpoints in the house. before, we had Spark router connected in our living room. after the upgrade that jackpoint stopped working and only 2 of them work in the house and they're way too far from the router. I really would like to use the one next to the TV to be able to use the ethernet cable for faster connection. I heard about master filter being installed and it separates the phone connection to vdsl connection. I have few questions if you don't mind: -If a master filter is installed can I get rid of it myself and will that open up the other jackpoints?-Also will I lose any connection speed after eliminating the master filter?-Where's the master filter installed? -Can I change the dedicated jackpoint to a different one without cancelling the master filter? Thanks all for your help in advanceCheersEDIT: we don't have a phone connection anymore but Spark said they can see our phone line blocked at the background. I don't know if that makes any sense.
