Hi. We have recently changed to fibre (BigPipe) using a NetComm NF4V router. Had no problem for a couple of weeks but now have a really odd problem. Whilst standard computers (a laptop and two desktops) have no issues with upload (or download) speeds, either over WiFi or ethernet, all Android devices (3 phones and a notepad, over WiFi) get virtually zero upload speed (there is an early spike in the test but it then settles to zero) and many apps stopped working, as a result. There was also a Playstation that had an issue but altering the MTU setting on it fixed that. There are no MTU settings available on any of the Android devices or in the router, that I can find.This only started happening in the last couple of days. I've sent a support request to BigPipe (and will record their response when I get it) but wondered if any of you guys had any ideas?The only thing I've tried so far is to reboot the router. I will also try turning the ONT off and on, over the weekend and maybe reset the router, hoping I remember to backup the configuration first.
