As above. I have 3 broadcom modems. Triple play 150.I was using netcom modem, but its old and gets pretty hot. No line issues with this modem. Just old.Rang slingshot. They helped me set up my broadcom modem to ADSL settings. All is well up to this point. I can go on the net and surf as usual.But as soon as I turn the modem off at the back or on the wall, then I come back a few hours later, I can't connect to the net and I have to set up the modem again with slingshot. I have done this 10 times so far. They have never come across this issue so they keep sending out modems to me.Why is my modem not saving the settings when I turn it off. I always click apply and save, otherwise I wouldnt be able to connect to the net.I have put this issue forward to slingshot, but it is beyond their expertise. Powerpoint "how to" set up for broadcom modems doesn't include more advanced technical issues, Im guessing.Windows 7 user, laptopThanks
