Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M2 Issue

Before I get into it, the obvious answer is cheap and nasty Cat5e cabling and that I was stupid to use some cheap stuff (it's not from Computer Dynamix).

Doing a P2P Bridge with some Nanostations (done it a few times over the years) for my Sister In Laws house (on my street with L.O.S) so she can piggy back off my UFB.

Done cabling run from under my sister in laws house, through the ground (through conduit, sealed), and up the pole (through flexi conduit and sealed) to the Nanostation. Total cabling distance around 25m. Plug the Nanostation in, get the Power Light on, LAN Light on (and flashing), and then the 2 middle lights on the Signal Strength flashing weirdly.

Take the Nanostation to the injector and plug in with a different cable it's sweet as. So clearly a cabling issue. Spoken to the Go Wireless team, they said replace the cable which I've already decided.

The cable also tests fine with a cable tester and both RJ45's are Type A and I have re-crimped both ends, just in case.

Questions:

Anyone seen this behavior before?

What distances are YOUR recommended lengths with POE?

With the fact I'm running full conduit, would I get away with not forking out for Outdoor cable?

Cheers Team.
