WiFi Problem

Hi.

Wife has been having issues with the WiFi for the past 4 days, but I have been overseas, so upon my return this morning I had a look at it and this is what my WiFi signal is doing.

I'm assuming my wifi router needs to be replaced? It is a TP-Link TD-W8960N?

I've tried powering down the router for about 5 minutes and restarted it, but no change.
