I just got a 28" Hubbell network cabinet. What do you use secure items inside?

As per the title, I scored a barebones kit for $150. I've recessed it into a wall which has it pretty much against the backing paper of the exterior cladding with only a few mm of clearance.

So I haven't loaded anything into it yet as I'm waiting for an ONT and phone thingamy (Sparks integrated wiring) to go in first before squeezing in a standard patch panel.

Are there certain screws I need to get to mount things in here or should I just find whatever fits, preferably not self tapping I'm guessing! Are the precut holes sufficent width for mounting devices or will I have to drill additional holes?
