I have recently bought a netcomm AC1200 modem as the standard spark one that was provided when I got fibre set up kept crashing everytime I had a video conference meeting at home (they sent me a new modem and it did the same, it worked when I used my phone as a hotspot).I have followed the instructions and can get the 2.4gHZ working but the 5G won't work and it won't work on my TV, says it is connected to the router but connection to the internet is not possible.I have gone onto spark website to set what settings I need for a third party modem and tried to follow them, but no joy any thoughts from anyone in terms of what I am doing wrong.
