Have got a new router - so been setting up home network - and using DLNA to access videos on 2x tablets from 1 computer - works great - thought that was easy as - but am now peeved - have found that DLNA does NOT support external subtitle files (.srt) so thats my exictement killed...Have then saw that you can access desktops on android through Remote Desktop...Just had a play with 1 - but its based on using the internet - so that you can access the desktop from anywhere on earth...which is nice, but its not what I'm after...I want to be able to remote desktop IN the network - so its basically my router using its 300mb/s speed capability to remote desktop and to be able to stream videos with subtitles....Is this possible? If so...How? I've googled but it is just providing "cloud remote desktop access" or computer to computer which isnt the way I want to go...as want to do android to computer :) Computers are both running Windows 7 and the Androids are both Icecream Sandwich versions :)
