CCTV Cam to cover 180degree 15-20m range.

Hello

I need a cctv camera to cover 180 degrees in 15-20m range. Should be good under low light, outdoor, waterproof. Only planning to monitor so il be using a tablet with the app to view the footage. Any suggestions? been looking on aliexpress.
