I've setup and reset this modem a million times in the past and this is the first time I've tried to change the wifi password on my new laptop. For some reason I can't figure out why I can't access 192.168.1.254 on my laptop.I double checked the address with the modem booklet, ipconfig and in my wifi profile in the network settings. I keep getting "This site can't be reached" in my browser. I've tried different variations such as 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1 / 192.168.1.64 None of which have been successful. So far I haven't come across any solutions online that have worked. As a last resort I tried someone else's computer. Lo and behold, it worked on the first try (192.168.1.254). Just based on this, I'm convinced that the problem is with the Dell XPS 13 (or just mine) since it seems to be the only device I have that can't access the modem's user interface (I've tried it on my phone and tablet - both Apple). The modem is a Huawei (I think) from Telecom/Spark. MY laptop is the Dell XPS 13 (new 2in1) running on Windows 10.If anyone has had this problem or is willing to help me solve it, that'd be great.
