New Ubiquiti Router & AP Purchase

Hi all

Pretty soon I'm about to move house and am looking for a new router and AP's. I've spent a bit of time researching and am keen to get a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter (ER-X-SFP) and x2 UniFi AC Lite AP's (one for each floor of the house).

My main reasoning behind picking the ER-X-SFP router is that it will support powering the two UniFi AP's I'm going to have attached instead of POE injectors. I'll be signing up for gigabit fibre so this router should be more than capable to handle this. A few questions I have:

1. Would anyone have an argument for a different Ubiquiti router or can anyone recommend the one I'm looking to purchase?

2. Has anyone found a compatible SFP to RJ45 Gigabit module? I'd like to use the SFP port with a RJ45 module as my main WAN connection to keep the other ports free for server rather than having that port unused.
