Ethernet cable advice (sorry, probably a very noob question)

I got UFB installed yesterday, after a 99-day wait. I opted for the 100/20 plan due to budget constraints, however, after a call to Spark (attempts to activate my free Netflix online weren't working) they upgraded me to 200/20 for the same price (awesome). It's going to kick in when the VDSL connection is turned off sometime in the next day or two and my new broadband plan activates in their system.

Additionally, I need to get a new ethernet cable to run from the ONT to the router. They're 2m apart (router is on top of a bookcase) and the one I have is far too long and messy. I was just going to grab a 2m CAT5e from PBTech - but will that carry the full speed of the connection? I know for practical purposes I probably won't notice a difference between 100 and 200, but if I'm getting it anyway, I'd like to be able to use it :).
