Wakeup hibernated pc

Hi

I have a Lenovo windows 10 PC that I put into hibernation, but I can't wake it up remotely, using RDP.

I have turned on Wakeup on LAN in the bios and the settings are turned on including magic packet in the card properties.

I don't want to have to use third party software because of the security risk.

Is there a way to do it. Or even via the router. We are using a Fritz box.
