So I've decided I'm going to use this time off over the Christmas break to finally sort out my home network. I'm on a VDSL connection at the moment which I'm pretty happy with (~65Mb down, 25Mb up) so looking to maximise that until Fibre comes along in early 2019.I have the following already that I will use- ISP Supplied HG659. No need to change it as it does everything I need for now- 24 port gigabit switch- Unifi AP AC-Pro- Al old rack/cabinet that I can use in the garage- Plenty of cable ties!My house is on stumps so I have a pretty good crawl space underneath to run cable. Main priorities are to run cat-6 to the living room and a spare bedroom where my gaming consoles are located. I want all my streaming boxes and consoles wired leaving only phones, tablets and laptops using the wireless. Do I have everything covered in this shopping cart or is there something I'm missing? Appreciate your help.
