Hi Team So I bought the new RT-AC86U Router from PB Tech in December of last year it had a cashback offer of $30 via redemption I followed all the instructions and applied for it the next day and then waited 8 weeks for it to arrive (They say allow up to 8 weeks)once I applied for it I got no reference number via email or even after I clicked submit.After 8 weeks nothing turned up so I contacted ASUS they said ''The delay was caused by the gift card vendor having issues receiving our payment. They expect to have this problem resolved by Thursday and hopefully they will dispatch on the same day. '' Waited another few day's then emailed them asking when it would be dispatched. They emailed back saying ''Your gift card will be dispatched from our vendor est 7/3 - 9/3''I waited till last friday then I emailed them again asking why I have not received it and asked if it's coming from USA or Australia (because of how long it's taking)Anyway I haven't heard back and I don't expect I will as I am sure this is a scam. Anyway don't buy ASUS I know I wont buy any of their products again. Cheers!
