Paradox IP150 - Register to paradoxmyhome

Hi,

I've just bought from internet the Paradox IP150. Everything is configured and working on my network. The only thing that doesn't work is when I try to register the IP150 to paradoxmyhome.

In the IP Exploring Tools (version 1.66), I right click on my site name (and the right IP address), Register to ParadoxMyHome and I get the following error mesage:

This module is already registered. You can access it at

www.paradoxmyhome.com/Condo_Martin

If you want to make modification to your account, please contact your installer.

So I've contacted the seller and asked him to remove the IP150 from his ParadoxMyHome account and he did it.

I've also reset the IP150 module (by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds, re-enter all the infos) and still have the same problem.

Does anyone knows how I can un-registered the IP150? or how I can register the IP150 to ParadoxMyHome?
