Help picking parts for structured cabling setup

Hi all, we're about to get Fibre, which is awesome, and also will be doing some renovations to the house in the near future and I'll be able to run cable here there and everywhere, so it seems like a good time to finally get a proper rack/cabinet setup, and ideally before we get Fibre, so nothing relating to that needs to be moved down that track.

Currently I've got a 24 port Dynamix CAT6 patch panel, and a bunch of gear (modem, router, NAS, ATA, Switch, POEs etc) all sort of sitting on a shelf in the linen cupboard.... I was initially looking at a 'proper' 19" rack like the Dynamix RWM9, but the more I think about that idea, the less I like it, as it takes up a lot of room, and there's not actually much room inside for stuff that's not rack mountable.

So I'm now thinking about the Dynamix HWS-4204V2 FTTH Enclosure, the patch panel I already have will mount nicely up the side with some brackets apparently and there should be enough room to mount everything. With a bit of a searching here I came across a thread from @snowfly who has pretty much the exact setup I'm looking at and I've got a couple of questions...

The mounting brackets and shelves - I see the brackets on Dynamix's site, but not the shelves, the shelves look mint. Are they something that has been custom made, or am I not looking hard enough for them? From the image in that thread it looks as if the shelves clip into those brackets.

For mounting equipment inside the cabinet, can a 'standoff' kit or something be ordered to work with with all the holes that are already in the back of the cabinet? What is the normal way of mounting equipment tidily inside those enclosures?

Thanks heaps!
