Router benefit Netcomm NF15ACV to HG659b

Hi all

I've just recently acquired a new HG659b that's not being used at work so I plan on ditching the NF15ACV currently in use at home and setting up the Huawei in its place, easy enough to do.

I use a UniFi ac lite ap for wifi and have disabled wlan on the Netcomm router. Only devices connected to the ap are 3 phones an iPad and a laptop, everything else is cabled like TVs, ATV, PS4 etc.

Will hooking up the HG659B be any benefit to me in terms performance. I know the HG659B has a few features that the Netcomm doesn't have but I'm more interested in getting a stable connection as the garbage that is the Netcomm can be unreliable and often requires a restart to bring it back in line.

I am a total noob at this and I'm learning to configure on the fly, but it's quite satisfying when it all comes together.
