HDMI over cat 6

This post is specific to an idea I got from this thread https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=151&topicid=242521 I'm starting a new thread to keep it tidy.

Essentially what I'm going to do it this.

1. Use my PC to stream TV via on-demand websites. 2. Output to a 3rd screen, that 3rd screen being a TV in another room.3. I'll use my existing unused HDMI output from my GTX 751ti graphics card.

I want to send it via my cat6 port to my TV via the hub in the garage using something like this. https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/KVMLNK1002/LENKENG-LKV372A-HDMI-extender-kit-over-single-Cat6

My questions are:

1. Where my computer is there is only one cat6 port. Can I split this somehow?2. As this will go to my hub, will the 60m range take into account all the ethernet cables in my walls? ie; considered wires to unused rooms?3. Will sound travel via this even when I've also got speakers connected to my PC?4. Could I add an additional receiver to another room and pick it up there too?5. With Windows 10 and with 3 screens can I have screens 1 & 2 show one image and screen 3 be a second screen so to speak?

Also keen to hear any feedback from someone who has done this.
