Hi I currently have a vodafone Hg556a, we are experience random frequent very short dropoffs in our connection, normally only noticed when -conected to a remote desktop (where it drops the connection and then quickly reconnects), -outlook when connected to an exchange causing outlook to crash/hang-and torrent speeds to randomly drop and then start again-skype some times drops offIt is not our wiring (coffeebaron installed master splitter and most of the wiring)It is not the computers -two separate computers both on wired connectionsIt doesn't appear to be Snap. they ran a 24 hour monitoring thing on the connection and didn't detect any fault Our requirements are-Rock solid connection, I use remote desktop to connet to my school, my partner uses outlook exchange and skyp all day-strong wifi signal-gbps ethernet ports would be nice -and did I say rock solid connection?We don't want to spend a fortune, is the fritz box worth $345 or is there something better for the price?Cheersjames
