Another "how do I get WiFi to a separate building" question

Hi all,

We have a granny flat which we'd like to extend our (slow ADSL) connection to, and would love some advice on which of these options is the best trade off of cost, reliability, and difficulty. It's about 50m straight line distance, with a driveway in the way. Nearly line of sight, but maybe a little foliage in the way.

1) set up a P2P WiFi link along with a router at the other end to supply WiFi. Is there any reasonably cheap unit that can do both a P2P link as well as act as a wireless ap at the same time to save having a separate AP?

2) Run conduit and cable down to the flat -- would mean either going under a driveway or going "the long way round" which raises questions about max run length etc. Seems to be the most reliable solution and somewhat future proof, but a pita.

3) This is the interesting one... it turns out that our ADSL connection actually goes via the granny flat to the house, so perhaps there is a way to move the modem to the flat and then use the existing copper connection to then have a separate P2P link up to the main house? I guess bandwidth wouldn't be good but the internet link is the limiting factor anyway. Also not sure how this works in terms of equipment. Or maybe try to find where the copper run is and use it to pull Ethernet up to the main house??

Advice much appreciated!
