Can anyone tell me what this box is/does please. Note, photo is on it's side.It has the copper coming in from the street as black cables and has blue cables going out to our phone jack points and ADSL jack point. Would this contain the master splitter? Or is it just a phone connection and the master splitter would be down stream on the blue phone cable somewhere?
