Tabletop Wifi with multiple SSID and VLANs

I live in a house which is solid concrete block. This means that we need multiple access points to get decent coverage / performance on wifi. I'm realistically looking at 4 APs to get decent coverage over 2 levels.

I'm currently running a hodge podge of a couple of cambium e400 APs, a Linksys Velop( which has pretty decent wifi performance) I got from my SP and some other junk I have accumulated over the years.

I'm also getting into IOT fairly heavily so want to segment my network into VLANs so I can isolate the IOT stuff from my main network and the internet. A lot of the IOT stuff doesn't play nicely with the Cambium access points, which seems to be fairly common.

The house has structured cabling everywhere but ceiling mounting is not really an option and wall mounting would look pretty bogus as well. For that reason I'd prefer something that is table top based if possible.

My core infrastructure is an Edgerouter lite and a TP Link smart switch which I'd prefer to leave in place. Budget is not a massive issue but would prefer something under NZD$200 per AP. I'm based overseas but most of the normal gear is available here.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
