I have a spare FritzBox that I have set up as an access point at one end of the house where coverage was a bit spotty. It seems to work fine - I have it set to fixed IP 192.168.178.4, DHCP off. The "master" router's DHCP range starts at .20. The spare FritzBox is wired-connected using one of the four "LAN" ethernet ports to one of the ports on a 24-port switch that is wired-connected in turn to the master Fritzbox. My question: Should I expect to be able to use the remaining three LAN ports on the spare Fritzbox to connect wired devices, as they don't seem to work!?
