Network Usage Tool to see which device is using upload bandwidth

What free tools can people recommend so I can easily workout which device is using upload bandwidth on our LAN

Our Asus router showed 2GB upload today in a short period but doesn't allow any more detail to be seen

I've checked for torrent seeding, cloud drive syncing etc but its not obvious
