Chorus Internal cabling

Hi, I would like to move the Fibre ONT from one part of the building to another, so I need to reroute the cabling from the entrance point to where the ONT will be going to be while renovating.

Does anyone know what type of cable Chorus uses?, it looks like a CAT6 cable with a integrated fibre cable in one..

Rather do this myself as Chorus messed up last time.
