Hi, Hopefully I'm not over stepping any boundaries asking for some help on my first post here. I work for a small company that has had telecom come in and setup our VOIP and LAN it works fine apart from a couple of issues which telecom doesn't seem keen on fixing. When we connect a new printer by wireless they show up as a connected device with an IP address on the Telecom Pace V5542 and can be pinged through the Paces interface, however when we try and connect to them from a desktop/laptop also connected by wireless to the Pace they cannot be pinged or seen for around 12 hours then they start responding and can be used - problem here is they like to drop off randomly again so we can loose the printers for a day randomly.Current connected laptops also cannot ping each other but still have access to the internet. I connected a laptop by Ethernet as well just to see if that would make a difference at all which it didn't, it was dished out an IP address and could access the internet but couldn't be pinged.I don't have alot of experience with networking so I'm a tad stumped, our Business hub rep has suggested to call an I.T company which to me doesn't seem to be an acceptable answer seeing as they were in-charge of the setup. The gear that we have is VDSL > Telecom Pace router (all laptops printers connected wireless) > IPECS POE Switch for the VOIP phones > Connected to this switch is the PBX and Cisco 1941 Router which has a 5mb line for the VOIP traffic.DHCP is controlled by the PaceIf anyone has any input it would be appreciated
