Suitable dual wan router for application or policy based routing

Hi guys ,I am looking for a dual wan router to do the following.I have 2 wans,1 Vdsl2 3.5km repeated via ubiquiti 40mb higher latency bulk data link 1 Tb data . Zyxel 870 bridgeable vdsl modem2 Adsl2 12mb. Low latency 100gig data. Draytek vigor 120 Bridgeable.I would like to do policy based routing to divert low latency traffic (2xvoip lines, Gaming, Teamspeak) via Wan 2Bulk data transfers that are not affected by latency/jitter (p2p, dropbox, ftp, netflix/youtube and other streaming services) via wan 1It would be good if I could bridge both wans to the router to get away from double nat. And that the router would divert the application specifc traffic to the most suitable wan. With this setup is it possible to have different applicaitons running from one compter/ip to both Wans depending on the services used. I would also like qos, traffic monitoring ability If this is possible, what level of difficulty is it, I have no experience with cisco gear. Is it possible to purchase the hardware and hire someone to write the routing tables. I have had a look at some dual wan routers on google but most are for bonding 2 similar connections for redundancy or loadsharing.ThanksJeremy
