Hi everyone, been visiting Geekzone with problems for years and getting solutions and now I hope to get help with my own.I had my VDSL line installed with Snap today and picked up a 2750 yesterday due to its reputation. I've only ever dealt with fairly basic routers prior so this was kind of a big step up, got all my settings from Snap in apart from VCI/VPI settings which I couldn't find. The router shows there is a connection along with my IP, upload, download and a number of other details, however, I cannot load any webpages. I called snap and one rep told me that it's because i am unable to tweak VPI/VCI settings and I have read online on different forums that there aren't said settings but to conflict that I have seen at least one person using the 2750 on snap so it must be possible.Obviously I've bitten off more than I can chew since I am stumped by this so hoping someone smarter than me has any insight.
