t568a or b ?

Hi all

I've just wired cat 6 cable all through our new house and I have terminated at wall plates under t568b wiring as opposed to "a"

It's now apparent after doing some more reading that the NZ standard is "a".

What are thee implications of this? The phone line is yet to be hooked up by telecom so I was wondering if this will have any impact on internet connections, phone connections etc?
