I've just installed a program to keep an eye on the amount I download and upload on the net. The program I'm using is 'networx', seems to be doing the job. Anyway, over the past couple of days I've noticed what seems like a fairly large volume of uploading. For example it's showing me I've downloaded 578MB and uploaded 272MB. I haven't been doing any torrents or uploading any files directly. Just seems a bit excessive. Does this look normal for the usual internet usage these days?
