Sharing an ethernet only connection

Good afternoon,

I'm freshly registered and I hope someone will be able to me out with my problem.

I've just moved to an apartment in Hamilton which has an Ethernet only prepaid internet connection. Basically, there is a Ethernet cable coming out of a wall jack which i can hook onto my laptop or into a router for a wireless connection. I need to login (either through the provider's website or a PPPoE connecetion over my laptop to access the internet.

Is there someway I can configure a router, modem etc that will bypass me having to login each time? The reason I want it set up that way is because I have a voip phone system which needs internet - at my previous house, I used to just plug the voip into my Telecom router and it would get internet. With this new connection, because I have to login to use the internet, I haven't figured out a way to set up the voip system.

My current set up is that I've got the ethernet cable plugged into a wireless router (Linksys WAG200G) so that I have a wireless network. Then, I go to the providers website and login in order to get internet. Ofcourse the internet doesn't stay connected and I find myself having to login every few hours or so.

I've tried ICS so that my VOIP system gets internet from the laptop but its not working (some IP conflict).

Thanks,
